We use a slow and gentle drum roasting process to extract the characteristic aromas of the finest coffee varieties from all over the world. Using these aromas, we create refined, full-bodied coffees for unique moments of enjoyment.
Craftsmanship for all five senses
The heat in the drum roaster is gently increased. After about 10 minutes, you’ll hear a noise: Crackles. Pops. This is what’s known as the first crack. The coffee beans are reacting to the heat, and you can hear it. Now the first phase of roasting is completed and the roasting master decides, how much heat and time is still necessary for the desired roast.
Sealed for fresh aroma
Coffee tastes best when it is made from freshly ground beans. Mr & Mrs Mill capsules are sealed immediately after bottling to keep aromas freshly locked in until they can blossom in your home as you prepare your coffee. What can you expect?
