  • Transaction Information, such as information about the products and services for which you purchase. We may also collect and store limited payment information from you, such as payment method, payment card type and expiration date and the last four digits of your payment card number; however, we do not collect or store full payment card numbers and all transactions are processed by our third party payment processor.
  • Other Information You Choose to Provide, such as when you request technical or customer support or communicate with us.

Information We Automatically Collect from Your Use of Our Sites

When you access or use the Sites, the types of information we may automatically collect about you include:

  • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access or use the Sites, including the hardware model, operating system and version, mobile network information and information about your use of our Sites.
  • Log Information: When you access or use the Sites, our servers automatically record certain log file information, such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, operating system, browser type and language, referring URLs, access times, pages viewed, links clicked and other information about your activities on the Sites.
  • Information Collected by Cookies: We and our service providers use various tracking technologies, including cookies, to collect information about you when you interact with our Sites, including information about your browsing and purchasing behavior. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve the Sites and your experience, see which areas and features of the Sites are popular, and count visits. We may also use cookies to display marketing materials and other content on our Sites and elsewhere (e.g., on other websites) tailored to your personal interests and preferences. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of the Sites.

Information We Collect From Third Parties

We may also obtain information about you from other sources and combine that with information we collect directly. For example, we may collect information about you when you post content to our pages or feeds on third party social media sites, or when you make purchases using third party payment providers.

How We Use Your Information

We may use information about you for various purposes, including to:

  • Provide, maintain and improve our Sites and provide you with relevant information;
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;
  • Respond to your comments, questions and requests and provide customer service;
  • Facilitate contests, sweepstakes and promotions and process and deliver entries and rewards;
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Sites;
  • Detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect the rights and property of Company and others;
  • Communicate with you about events, products, services, offers, promotions, rewards and events offered by us and others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;
  • Maintain appropriate records for internal administrative purposes;
  • Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with a better experience; and
  • Carry out any other purpose described to you at the time the information was collected.

Sharing of Information

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

  • With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work or perform services on our behalf;
  • With third party businesses to provide you with information about products and services that may be useful to you;
  • In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, rule, regulation or legal process;
  • If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our Terms of Use or other policies, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Company or others;
  • In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets or any business, other change of control transaction or financing;
  • Between and among Company and any current or future parent, subsidiary and/or affiliated company; and
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We also may share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

How We Respond to “Do not Track“ Signals

Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature. When you turn this feature on, it sends a signal or a preference to the sites you visit indicating that you do not want to be tracked. There is not yet a uniform understanding of how to interpret this signal so our sites do not currently respond to a Do Not Track setting in your browser. This means that we will continue to collect, use and share information about you as described in this Privacy Policy even though you have turned on a Do Not Track feature.

Interest Based Advertising and Analytics Services

Third-Party Analytics

We partner with certain third-parties to collect, analyze, and use some of the information described above. For example, we may allow third parties to set cookies or use web beacons on the Sites or in email communications from Company. The information collected by third parties using these technologies may be used to engage in analysis and reporting. These third parties may set and access cookies on your computer or other device and may collect information about your online activities across different websites or services over time, including on websites and mobile applications that are not owned or operated by Company. In particular, the Sites may use Google Analytics to help collect and analyze certain information for the purposes discussed above. You may review Google Analytics’ security and privacy principles by clicking here and opt out of the use of cookies in web browsers by Google Analytics by clicking here: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en .

Interest Based Advertising

We may participate in interest-based and behavioral advertising. This means that you may see advertising on our Sites tailored to how you engage, browse or shop, or you may see advertising for Company on other websites, applications and social media based on your behavior across websites, applications and social media. We may target ads based on data we have collected, or data provided by third parties alone or in combination with the data we collect ourselves. By using the Sites you agree to usage tracking and targeted, behavioral advertising. If you do not wish to have cookies track your usage for these purposes, you may opt-out of the collection and use of information for such interest-based ads by following the instructions at: http://www.aboutads.info/choices.

We may use tools such as Facebook's Custom Audience program that enables us to display personalized ads to our customers as well as consumers with characteristics similar to those of our existing customers. To identify our existing customers to Facebook and determine relevant characteristics of our existing customer base, we may process your email address and phone number through a “hashing” application that converts this information to a string of alphanumeric data that is then sent to Facebook to enable Facebook to identify you (Custom Audiences) and identify other Facebook users with similar profile characteristics (Lookalike Audiences).

You may opt-out of future participation in our Facebook Custom Audience program by sending an email, from the email address you are opting out of, to the email address provided in our contact information above. For your opt-out to be effective, you must: (i) place the following text in the subject line of the email - "Opting Out of Facebook Website Custom Audience Ads", and (ii) in the body of the email, include your name and email address. We will remove your name and email address from all of our future Facebook Custom Audience datasets. In addition, you can use the Facebook advertiser preferences and settings available through Facebook’s account and privacy management features to hide any future ads from Company. For more information about data processing by Facebook, please visit https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.

Google Tag Manager

We may also use Google Tag Manager, which makes it easier for us to incorporate and manage our tags on our Sites. Tags are small elements of code that serve to measure traffic and user behavior, record the effects of online advertising and social channels, establish remarketing and focus on target groups, and test and optimize websites, among other things. For more information about Google Tag Manager, see: https://www.google.com/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/.

Links to Third Party Sites

Some of our Sites may link to pages on websites that are maintained by other companies. These other websites are not governed by our Privacy Policy and we are not responsible for their information collection practices. The privacy policies of other companies may differ from ours and you should review their privacy notices. The fact that we may link to a third-party website or present a banner ad or other type of advertisement from a third party is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of any affiliation by us with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices.

Security

Company takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to or from us over the Internet.
