Subscription Terms and Conditions
1. Nature of the Subscription Service
By purchasing a product under a subscription plan, you (“the Customer”) agree to receive recurring deliveries and authorize automatic charges to your selected payment method according to the frequency you choose (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Each renewal constitutes a separate purchase that will automatically process unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms.
2. Automatic Renewal and Charges
When you complete your first purchase under a subscription, you expressly authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for each renewal period at the then-current product price, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees, until you choose to cancel.
You will receive an email notification prior to each renewal, including the next charge date, total amount, and instructions to modify or cancel your subscription.
3. Cancellation by the Customer
You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:
- Logging into your customer account and selecting “Cancel Subscription”;
- Using the cancellation link provided in your order confirmation email; or
- Contacting our Customer Support team at info@k-fee.us or by phone at 888-214-6833.
Cancellations become effective for the next billing cycle, provided your request is received before the order for the next renewal has been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or refund that cycle.
In such cases, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution, this may include a partial refund, store credit, or early cancellation, at our sole discretion.
4. Changes to Frequency, Payment Method, or Address
You may update your subscription frequency, payment method, or shipping address at any time from your account before your next order is processed.
Changes made after processing will apply to the following renewal.
5. Modifications to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to modify product prices, delivery intervals, or other subscription terms.
If we make any material change, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date without penalty.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of unopened, opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
In case of duplicate charges or processing errors, we will promptly investigate and issue any necessary corrections or refunds.
7. Legal Compliance and Consumer Transparency
This subscription policy complies with U.S. state Automatic Renewal Laws (ARLs), including California (Bus. & Prof. Code §17600 et seq.), New York G-BL §527, and similar consumer protection statutes nationwide.
We commit to the following:
- Presenting subscription terms clearly and conspicuously before checkout;
- Obtaining your affirmative consent (e.g., checking a box or clicking “I agree to Subscription Terms”); and
- Providing a simple, online method to cancel your subscription, without hidden steps or conditions.
