K-fee® and Mr & Mrs Mill Pods Returns & Refunds
K-fee® and Mr. & Mrs. Mill coffee and milk pods purchased on K-fee.us are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
K-fee® Machines Returns & Refunds
Returns for K-fee® multi-beverage machines purchased on K-fee.us are accepted for any reason within 14 days of purchase. K-fee® will only accept goods that are in perfect condition, that are in their original packaging and that are accompanied with the original invoice.
Subject to the above, K-fee® will reimburse you the price paid for the returned merchandise within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the returned goods. To initiate a return please have your order # ready and contact our customer call center at (833) 475-9113 to receive a return authorization number. Once a return authorization number is issued, include it with the original invoice and the returned merchandise and send to the following address:
